ANT Industries – 2023 and beyond
With a strong order book to start 2023 we are looking to invest in the following equipment with installation required during Q1 / Q2 of 2023 and we invite tenders for the following:
- 5-axis machining centre capable of holding a workpiece of Diameter of 900mm x 150mm, 12,000 rpm spindle & workpiece / tool probing. For compatibility with our current inventory, we would be looking towards Fanuc based or Heidenhain control systems.
- 3-D Printer with a minimum build envelope of 406mm x 355mm x 406mm, layer thickness of 127 microns upward in a range of materials including FDM Nylon 12CF
We expect to commence this project as soon as possible on 16/01/2023 with completion on 31/05/2023 at the latest. We will assess each bid for the tender in the following way:
- Price (40%)
- Timescales (40%)
- Experience/track record (20%)
