CNC Milling (3 & 4 axis)

CNC Milling (5 axis)

• Dedicated 5 axis machining centres accommodating components up to 900mm diameter

CNC Turning

• Extensive range of Horizontal CNC lathes with a maximum capacity of 1000mm diameter x 600mm
• Twin spindle bar feed with maximum capacity of 45mm diameter bar

Vertical Turning Centres

• Turning capacity up to 1500mm diameter x 1000mm

Grinding

• Universal and surface grinding
• External capacity 460mm diameter x 800mm
• Lapping, table diameter 915mm  with capacity up to diameter 560mm
• Ring grinding capacity up to diameter 1000mm x 200mm

Inspection

• CMM capacity up to 2000mm x 1200mm x 1000mm
• All machines having PH10T motorised probes
• Rondcom roundness and cylindrical profile measurement to 0.0001mm
