ANT Industries Celebrates Jordan McAllister’s Recognition as a ‘Young Pioneer’ in The Manufacturer Top 100

ANT Industries is proud to congratulate Jordan McAllister, Manufacturing Engineer, on being named a ‘Young Pioneer’ in The Manufacturer Top 100—an annual programme that celebrates the most dynamic, inspiring, and forward-thinking individuals working in UK industry today. Jordan’s inclusion is a testament to his 12-year journey with ANT, marked by technical excellence, customer engagement, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Since joining ANT Industries, Jordan has become an integral part of the team—trusted not only for his engineering skills but also for his ability to lead customer relationships at the highest level. He regularly takes the lead in meetings with world-class aerospace clients, a role typically reserved for more senior team members, reflecting the deep trust and respect he has earned from both colleagues and customers.

“Jordan is what we look for in a modern manufacturing engineer,” said Shaun Rowley, Managing Director at ANT Industries. “He’s technically very good, dedicated to learning, and understands how to align engineering excellence with customer needs. His ability to engage directly with major aerospace clients and drive value-added innovation makes him a real asset to the business. This recognition as a ‘Young Pioneer’ is incredibly well deserved.”

Jordan’s recognition is not just about his day-to-day performance—it’s also about growing leadership and innovation he brings to the company’s future. He has played a pivotal role in enhancing ANT’s metrology and precision engineering capabilities. His involvement in the procurement and integration of the ACCRETECH RONDCOM 65B has transformed quality assurance processes and significantly improved operational efficiency.

The RONDCOM 65B, capable of detecting rotational inaccuracies to within 10 nanometres (±0.01 µm), has helped ANT meet the most stringent aerospace standards. With its automatic component centring and tilting functionality, the system now completes processes in under 60 seconds—reducing cycle times and streamlining workflows across the shop floor. Importantly, this investment was heavily influenced by Jordan’s direct conversations with customers, showing his ability to translate client requirements into practical, high-impact solutions.

Beyond his technical achievements, Jordan is also helping to shape the future of the aerospace industry by inspiring the next generation of engineers. With the average age of engineers in the UK now at 54, addressing the skills gap is a national priority. Jordan’s career demonstrates the impact that can be made through long-term dedication, proactive learning, and a drive to innovate. His mentorship of apprentices and younger team members underscores his belief in knowledge-sharing and the importance of growing talent from within.

As ANT Industries continues to invest in new technologies and capabilities, it is clear that individuals like Jordan will be central to its ongoing success. His recognition as a ‘Young Pioneer’ not only celebrates his achievements to date but also highlights the crucial role young professionals will play in ensuring UK manufacturing remains competitive and resilient for years to come.

Everyone at ANT Industries joins in congratulating Jordan McAllister on this well-earned recognition—and looks forward to seeing where his talents will take him next.
