QUALITY POLICY
ANT quality policy endeavours to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers; and deliver to them, on time and every time, defect–free products and services.
 
This level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing customers, potential customers and independent auditing authorities.

The policy is reviewed annually to ensure it continues to be suitable and effective.

Achievement of this policy involves all staff, which are individually responsible for their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained by the Works Manager or Quality Manager.

This policy has been formulated and approved by the Directors of ANT Industries. The policy is explained and discussed at the induction training given to all existing and new employees. The policy is also posted in conspicuous locations throughout the Company.
